New Years Eve =)

It's been a while since I wrote. With limited access to my computer it's very hard to write in my blog everyday without getting in trouble. Sometimes it sucks being young, because the older ones will always be right just because they were before you! It's ridicolous how most parents always favor the older one when it comes to life and other things! And how bossy and cruel the older ones are. They can make you do things, make you NOT do things, talk to you as if they were your guardian -_-" control you like you got no freedom when it comes to your life. What's even worst is when they ACT like your parent -_-" sigh...doesn't matter how much older they are, as long as they are older give them the right to act upon as our parents. That's why its always the young ones who die, who suffer, who run away... its so lame, and nothing can change that, sadly.

Well I didn't stop experimenting with food after declaring it in a previous blog so I will type about the results. Let me start with the first one.

I was craving pancakes that day so I decided to make some. I made some previously with my older sister and they turned out good =) But this time I added an extra ingredient just to see how it would taste. And oddly as it sounded I was making pancakes during lunch hour, haha. I slept in >.<" Well the extra ingredient added made it taste slightly better =) it was so yummy~ I didn't take pictures, so sorry folks you'll have to use your imagination =) It's easy making pancakes from scratch, but the hard part is flipping them. My flipping skills are horrible. so some of my pancakes came out...weird. But overall, it was a messy yet quick process =) And, pancakes cook FAST! I turn for a few seconds and go back and it was dark brown already! I didn't know, honestly! But then again, the heat was on high and pancakes Do cook fast xD Thankfully, I did not burn any ^-^v *pat on the head* hehe~

My other cooking experimentation was with my older sister. We made roast chicken, quick and lazy style :P I admit, I was feeling lazy, haha. We had a whole chicken, my sister cleaned it and managed the chicken, I just suggested things and mainly cleaned, because cooking with my sister is impossible for me. I just can't cook with her -_-" We didn't marinate it as much, but I did watch over it as it cooked and it turned out yummy =) Not much to comment about that.

Well, some guests are coming over to our house for a party that I didn't want to happen -_-" I just wanted a peaceful New Years Eve; relaxing at home with family or alone just like all my previous New years eve. Man oh well, things change -_-" anywho, time to go greet some guests. Happy Early New Year Everyone ^-^
